You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

✔️ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., printed-on-demand designs).
❌ Final sale or clearance items.
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

📦 How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2️⃣ Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.
3️⃣ Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

💰 Refunds & Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

Want a different size, color, or product? Simply:

Follow the return process for the original item.
Place a new order for the replacement item.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
