✔ Damaged or Poor-Quality Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet quality expectations, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
✔ Incorrect Item Received
Received the wrong design or product? We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Email us, and we’ll fix the issue with a replacement or refund.
✔ Wrong Size Sent
If we sent the wrong size (different from what you ordered), let us know immediately. We will arrange a correction at no extra cost.
✔ Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international), please reach out. We’ll investigate and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
⏳ Processing Time:
Refund and replacement requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping times (10-20 days) still apply.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Cancelable Situations
❌ Wrong Size or Color Chosen at Checkout
We cannot accept returns if the incorrect size, color, or product type was selected during checkout. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.
❌ Order Cancellation After 12 Hours
Due to our made-to-order process, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
❌ Image Quality Concerns
We ensure high-quality prints for all designs. Minor variations in color or brightness due to screen differences are not grounds for a return.
📦 Understanding Our Print-on-Demand Process
1️⃣ You place an order.
2️⃣ We process & print your design (3-20 business days, depending on the item).
3️⃣ Your order is shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or similar carriers (4-7 business days).
Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, we regret that cancellations are not possible. However, feel free to contact us—if your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to assist.
