  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days (up to 3 days during peak seasons).

  • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

  • Delays may occur if payment or address details are incomplete or incorrect.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing: 10–15 business days (includes preparation, quality check, packaging).

  • Shipping: 8–20 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate worldwide shipping: $5.99 per order.

Tracking

Shipping Restrictions & Refunds

  • No refunds or replacements for packages lost due to:

    • Multiple failed delivery attempts

    • Refused deliveries

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Packages marked as delivered but missing

  • Lost packages: we’ll provide carrier info and tracking to assist you.

Taxes & Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in prices or shipping fees.

  • Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may be charged customs fees upon delivery.
